Rob
Rob is the founder of Beetleweb. Rob loves what he does and has a relaxed and friendly style; he enjoys keeping up with digital marketing trends and modern web development. He is determined to keep Beetleweb's reputation for honesty and trustworthiness. Rob learnt to build websites and write code during the 1990's whilst working for leading investment banks UBS, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan.
When Rob isn't running Beetleweb, he loves road biking, windsurfing and spending time with his family.
David
David heads up our development team. David has extensive experience in delivering first class web applications built to web standards best practice including accessibility, ease of use and security. David is the perfect guy to head our development team as he has the rare ability to combine high level technical ability, with sound judgement and great client communication skills.
When David's not working, he likes to keep fit by playing rugby, football, and surfing. Dave is also an avid action film fan and tries to keep the rest of us at Beetleweb up-to-date on what's hot.... and what's not on the big screen.
Craig
Craig is one of our web developers, currently focussing on our sites based on Drupal Content Management System, as well as supporting our Magento eCommerce development.
We're not quite sure what Craig likes doing in his spare time, but we suspect that partying and sleeping play a key role when he's not doing secret studying of funky new web technologies.
Jeremy
Jeremy is responsible for all forms of Digital Marketing at Beetleweb. He specialises in Search Engine Optimisation, Pay Per Click Advertising, Digital Marketing & Social Media spreading his time throughout various campaigns on a daily basis. He is always checking on the marketing campaigns (he blames it on a 'mild case of OCD') but we don't care as it means that the campaigns are always running smoothly and effectively ensuring the best return on the advertising.
When not thinking about digital marketing Jeremy is always active climbing, playing roller hockey or running.
Steve
Steve began working for Beetleweb in May 2011. He has a degree in Interactive Media Production at Bournemouth University. Steve is a developer at Beetleweb but also enjoys designing sites.
When not working at Beetleweb, Steve loves to play music and is a guitarist and singer.
Chris
Chris is a Computer Science graduate and a new addition to Beetleweb's expanding team. After learning his trade at The University of Bath he is now back on the coast applying his coding skills building sites for our clients.
Whilst not in the Beetleweb office, Chris is a casual athlete after once completing in a decathlon at the National Championships. He also has a burning interest in all things geeky.
Nico
Nico is one of our talented web developers, who originally studied Computer Systems Engineering at the University of Alcala in Madrid, Spain. He has been living in the UK for the past year and although new to the team Nico is settling in well and brings a fresh and different approach to Beetleweb and some of his current projects.
In his spare time away from the Beetleweb offices, Nico loves to play football and basketball. Nico also has a passion for music and plays guitar.
Rowena
Rowena is one of our freelance graphic designers who graduated from Falmouth College of Arts in 2004 with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design. She is also currently working towards an MA in Marketing Communications Practice at Bournemouth University. Working as a graphic designer for the past 6 years for both digital and design agencies, her core skills transfer from print and brand to digital. With a sharp eye for the finer detail and an enthusiasm complemented with the drive to creating user-friendly, intuitive and highly accessible design solutions.
When she is not designing, she likes to burn off her oodles of energy by training towards her triathlons, skiing and riding her horse.
Robert
Rob is another one of our freelance graphic designers who graduated with a degree in Illustration from The Arts Institute at Bournemouth in 2008. After graduation, he worked for Animal in the apparel graphics department before going on to work as a freelance designer.
In his spare time Rob enjoys cycling and more drawing.
Iain
Iain is a technologist with over 20 years experience in IT. He's a massive Unix fan, and he makes sure our websites stay up and stay secure. Iain develops code in PHP and Ruby Rails, and could lay claim to being one of the best Unix script writers in the country.
When Iain's not working, you'll likely found him sailing in Weymouth Bay.
Bridget
Bridget is our office manager, and she keeps us all in line and the Beetleweb cogs turning. Bridget had an early career in Hospitality and keeps a close guard on the biscuit tin so there's always some left for our clients. Bridget used to be an office manager for a communications agency in Covent Garden so she knows how to handle a busy office like ours.
When Bridget isn't working, she loves to keep her family running like clockwork, and she keeps fit by speeding around Poole Harbour on her road bike.
